Evaluation
Comprehensive 1:1 Evaluation $650
Comprehensive review of pediatric client factors and performance skills through the lens of the Occupational Therapy Practice Framework. Evaluations aim to assess the performance levels of a child, utilizing strengths and areas of confidence to improve all aspects of daily life.
Evaluation to include two hours of in-person 1:1 assessment, followed by written plan of care and comprehensive review of plan.
Therapy
Weekly 1:1 Direct Therapy Session $175
Weekly therapy session of 45 minutes, 1:1 Direct Therapy Session (Includes 30 minute monthly consultation).
Biweekly 1:1 Direct Therapy Session $300
Weekly therapy session of 90 minutes
1:1 Direct Therapy Session two visits a week for 45 minutes each (Includes 30 minute monthly consultation).
Consultation
30 Minute Professional Consultation $75
Consultation to supplement built in therapy monthly consultation. Child specific feedback and education may include: Classroom feedback, classroom teacher collaboration, equipment recommendations, family/caregiver training.
45 Minute Play Based Screening $100
Play based assessment of identified areas of concern to help determine need for full program.
Services are currently provided in the convenience of the clients home. Emerging Kids is able to service a ten mile radius of 396 Washington Street, Wellesley MA. Services outside of this radius can be accommodated upon special request. Please contact the organization directly.
